PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

It is light yellow transparent oily liquid at room temperature, melting point is 13.4 ℃, relative density is 0.8905, it is not soluble in water. It is soluble in ethanol, gasoline and other organic solvent. It will convert into stearic acid when hydrogenated, it has the general chemical properties of organic carboxylic acids and the chemical properties of unsaturated double bonds.

DESCRIPTION:

Oleic Acid is extracted from palm kernel oil through cryotherapy technology. The carbon 18:1 reaches more than 75%, and the carbon 18:2 is controlled below 10%, which has excellent anti-yellowing oxidation performance.Vegetable oleic acid is an important raw material for alkyd resin, beneficiation agent, Span80, hand sanitizer, cutting fluid, textile printing and dyeing. Hexaenoic acid can also be used in the aluminum, silver and mercury industry.

APPLICATION:

It is mainly suitable for medium and low-grade engine oil, but also suitable for the production of chemical additives, and is also one It is used for alkyd resin, pesticide emulsifier, emulsifier S-80, diesel anti-wear agent, mine flotation agent, beneficiation agent, dipoly acid, semi-dry alkyd resin acid, plastic plasticizer, synthetic detergent, hand sanitizer, petroleum industry, biodiesel and other raw materials.

STORAGE

This product shall be stored, loaded & unloaded and blended according to SH/T0164. The high temperature shall not exceed 80°C, and not exceed 60°C for long term storage. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive, and it is same as the common petroleum products in the aspects of security, environmental protection and use etc. Special protection is not needed.
