T-1001 Amine-Epoxy Compound Condensate/Demulsifier

DESCRIPTION

This product is a highly effective demulsifier with excellent demulsification and water extraction performance. It delivers outstanding demulsifying effects on both fresh and degraded lubricating oils. When used together with dodecenyl succinic acid, it shows a synergistic boosting effect on demulsification performance.data of demulsification could reach a high standard level, in the meantime, it has antifoam ability and it could increase other additives performance in marine oil. Its demulsification resistance ability is similar as T-1001 in lubricant oil, it is better than T-1001 in antiwear hydraulic oil, its oil solubility is better than T-1001. At ambient temperature, DL32 could be blended directly with no heat condition.

It is suitable for all oil products with high requirement of demulsfication performance, especially for the marine oil.

APPLICATION

It is mainly applied in gear oil, steam turbine oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, compressor oil, and other lubricants that operate in contact with water.

SPECIFICATIONS

STORAGE

This product shall be stored, loaded & unloaded and blended according to SH/T0164. The high temperature shall not exceed 75°C, and not exceed 45°C for long term storage. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive, and it is same as the common petroleum products in the aspects of security, environmental protection and use etc. Special protection is not needed.
