T-304 Dibutyl Phosphite

DESCRIPTION

This product is an environmentally friendly, phenol-free, high-efficiency, phosphorus-based extreme pressure anti-wear agent. It is insoluble in water but readily soluble in organic solvents such as alcohols, esters, and ethers. It has a high extreme pressure and anti-wear index and excellent compatibility. It is often combined with organic sulfur additives to improve the strength and toughness of the resulting protective film. It is widely used in industrial vehicle gear oils, metalworking fluids (such as cutting fluids and rolling fluids), and greases. It also has flame retardant and antioxidant properties and can also be used as an organic synthesis intermediate, gasoline additive, and flame retardant.

REFERENCE DOSAGE

The reference dosage in oil products should be from 0.3%-1.0%.

SPECIFICATIONS

STORAGE

This product shall be stored, loaded & unloaded and blended according to SH/T0164. The high temperature shall not exceed 75°C, and not exceed 45°C for long term storage. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive, and it is same as the common petroleum products in the aspects of security, environmental protection and use etc. Special protection is not needed.
